I see you trying to eat "healthier" but having no idea what that means... Is it this keto wrap, paleo cookie crunch, or light yogurt?! I get it and I've been there... Today, I'm trying to simplify what it means to eat healthily- which for me, means I'm well-fueled for my full-time job of chasing around my three little men, and hopefully making my insides healthier for longevity's sake. And of course, you know I appreciate a healthy dose of chocolate and tequila- so we talk about how that works too. Enjoy!
