It can feel SUPER stressful to try to "fit it all in" as a Catholic mom... You're trying to cook healthy meals for your family, keep up with your own workout routine, as well as try to establish a great spiritual foundation with your kids- in addition to balancing your own prayer life. It's a lot, it really is... But the cool thing is, our faith works very HARMONIOUSLY with these other aspects of our lives. The more we lean into the beauty and practices of our faith, oftentimes (my entire position in this episode) we become more physically healthy as a side effect.
